Meet Motty 007
A Director who jokes about logging in twice a month, with 4,388 kills, a Keepstar habit and a hauling service that runs on goodwill. Nobody believed the joke.

Before TNF
Motty 007 has been in New Eden since May 2006, which makes this one of the older capsuleer records in the corp. It starts in the State War Academy, the Caldari starter school, and by 2007 Motty was already moving between player corps, with Caldari Provisions serving as the NPC home between stops for years afterwards.
The late 2000s and early 2010s read like a tour of the small corp scene of the era: Naughty 40 in 2007, PVP CORP (several times between 2007 and 2011), Surge. in 2008, PROCORP in 2009, Reverse Psychology. and Ransom Inc. in 2010, then The Gentlemen of Low Moral Fibre, Red Federation and Percussive Diplomacy in 2011. Later stops included Defensive Parameter and The Filthy Few in 2012, BRAB0 and Interstellar Booty Hunters in 2013, and Quam Singulari in 2015. In all, the record shows more than forty corp changes before TNF.
Joining TNF
Motty first flew with TNF in May 2023 and has been here ever since, three years and counting. Today Motty is a Director of the corp.
The title comes with a running joke. When Lex Ashwari-Thrace was promoted in June 2026, Motty wrote the announcement as a self-roast, describing a leadership style of “logging in twice a month, clicking two things, and immediately going AFK,” and promising to be reachable only “via carrier pigeon, smoke signal, or a perfectly aligned planetary conjunction roughly every six weeks.” It became the most-reacted announcement of the year (Lex Ascends to Director). The rest of the newsroom tells a different story.
For the year Kloria served as CEO, Motty was at Kloria’s side, and Kloria shared the credit with Motty when handing the chair back to Harrat (The Founder Returns).
"just ask, I always like a shopping trip, will do it for nothing."

In the fleet
The killboard is where the joke falls apart completely. Motty has 4,388 kills on the TNF record, and the detailed record since October 2025 holds 1,743 of them, 1,355 in 2026 alone. Those mails add up to kills worth more than 3.5 trillion ISK combined.
The biggest names on the list are structures and capitals:
- a Keepstar on 13 January 2026, about 255 billion ISK
- a Sotiyo on 16 April 2026, about 253 billion ISK, with a Fortizar the same day
- another Keepstar on 6 November 2025, about 193 billion ISK
- an Avatar titan on 25 April 2026, about 142 billion ISK, one of seven TNF pilots on the mail
- dreadnoughts including a Naglfar Fleet Issue in January 2026 and a Moros Navy Issue in May 2026, and a Thanatos carrier in December 2025
There are 13 solo kills on the record too.
By the numbers
Since October 2025, cruisers are the most common victim class (384), followed by battleships (255) and combat battlecruisers (226). By hull, Abaddons lead with 75, then Maelstroms (49) and Ferox (48), with 180 capsules sent home along the way. Milestones ticked off: 100, 500 and 1,000 kills, plus one, two and three years in TNF.
The one who sorts it
When Aidon Star missed the last move op home from the Drone Regions, Motty said to contract the ships over: “I will get it sorted.” Kloria and Motty then spent a week hauling everyone’s gear back (Scorched Earth in the Drone Regions). Maggy Lee’s review was two words: “Motty rocks.”
The offers are standing ones. A shopping run is free for the asking. Corp mining comes with no pressure. Blueprint research and copying was opened to everyone in July 2025 with a one-line manual: “have at it.” In May 2026 Motty wrote a small script to compare mining ship yields and handed it to the corp (Ice and Marbles).
Welcomes run through Motty as well. Everyone was asked to “make him feel at home” when Malcolm Galora arrived, and Silvermen Orti was introduced as sure to be “a great addition to the team.”
Merchandise department
Before Fanfest 2026, Motty reworked the TNF logo for 3D printing, ordered flags, and spent weeks printing coasters and keyfobs (TNF Does Fanfest 2026). Killjoy Ender named Motty “the SWAG king.”
On the corp salt channel, Motty gets the final word: “The salt channel is so lowly used its for TNFED to dream over.”
