Nullsec runs on hauling. Every fleet ship, every fuel block and every shiny module you will lose by Thursday has to get from the market to your hangar somehow. In TNF, logistics is less a service than a habit of looking out for each other.
So, by popular demand (one person asked, once): seven ways stuff gets home in TNF, as seen in the logistics channel.
1. The alliance freight service
The first stop for most members is Sigma Grindset's freight service, and TNF pilots are fans. In January 2026 Marri02 told Adama Kanjus, then brand new to the corp, that it is "both cheap and so fast that I honestly don't know how they do it." With the online rate calculator, contracts from Jita often finish "within a few hours."
2. The calculator, used properly
SadisticSloth added the insider tip. Deliveries usually land within 24 hours, and the single most common gripe among the haulers is people not using the calculator to set an accurate reward. Price it right and your stuff moves. Lowball it and it sits there, sulking.
His verdict on the people doing the flying: "We have great pilots."
3. Motty's shopping trips
For short hops, members just help each other. Motty 007 put the offer plainly in January 2026: if it is a simple hop from the nearby market hub, "just ask, I always like a shopping trip, will do it for nothing."
Some people find shopping relaxing. Motty finds it relaxing on behalf of forty other people.
4. Whatever is left in SadisticSloth's hold
SadisticSloth makes a habit of posting when he is in Jita with a partly full hold, asking if anyone needs anything before he fills the rest with market stock. Free cargo space, first come, first served.
The system is not flawless. On one memorable occasion he made the entire trip to Jita and forgot what he went for. His response was to turn it into a public service announcement: "Need something moved? let me know."
He is not the only one. During the November trip home, Maggy Lee posted that her haulers were going back nearly empty: "If anyone needs something let me know." And in January SadisticSloth put the same offer even more simply: "ill happily give space to anyone else."
5. The welcome wagon
When a new pilot joins from elsewhere, moving their stuff is part of the welcome. In December 2025 Lex Ashwari-Thrace greeted a new arrival by pointing him at the alliance freight services, then added the line that sums up the corp: "if we did leave anything behind, give me a nudge."
6. TOUCH
TNF even has a hauling division that does not exist. When Emperor Caligula poked fun at the quiet hauling channel in September 2025, Motty asked whether he was advertising that he wanted to run "TNFED Overt Unified Cargo Haulers, or TOUCH as we like to call it."
TOUCH has never officially existed. Everyone knows the name anyway. Nobody has volunteered to design the logo1.
7. The whole corp moves at once
The real test is a full move. In June 2025, when Sigma Grindset relocated to Catch, the corp paid for isotopes so members could ship their belongings for free, and volunteers carried fitted ships for their corpmates. Kloria cleared a mountain of contracts in a single day. (The full story.)
Five months later it happened again in reverse, when the drone regions campaign ended and Kloria and Motty spent a week hauling everyone's gear back. (That one is here.)
Bonus: the thing that ties it together
Logistics is invisible when it works and miserable when it does not. In TNF it mostly works, not because of any one service, but because there is nearly always someone with some spare room and no particular reason to say no.
Notes
Given the acronym, the logo committee is advised to proceed carefully.↩
