Meet Aidon Star
In New Eden since 2005 and with TNF since May 2023, Aidon Star asked to learn small gang PvP, kept asking good questions, and ended up on a titan killmail.
- 529kills on the TNF record
- 3years in TNF
- 21years in New Eden
- 120combat battlecruisers killed since November 2025
Before TNF
Aidon Star was created in July 2005 in the Center for Advanced Studies, an NPC starter corp, and within a week had moved to The Scope, another NPC corp that would be home for many years. The one player corp of that early era was Bosun Shipyards, joined in July 2007, before a return to The Scope at the start of 2008. In May 2023 came Cogs of VVar, and a few days later The New Federation.

Joining TNF
Aidon first flew with TNF in May 2023 and has more than three years with the corporation in total. In June 2025 Aidon put a hand up in the PvP channel and said it plainly: “very inexperienced with small gang pvp roaming and would love to learn.” Not many pilots who have been in New Eden since 2005 will say that out loud. Aidon did, and then went and learned.
The questions never stopped. When Aidon picked up a ship for Abyssal Deadspace, Galan Kodeis wrote back a proper guide, including the advice that “heat is your friend” (Crabbing in Catch). When Aidon missed the last move op of a deployment by a few minutes, Motty 007 said to contract the ships over: “I will get it sorted.” (Scorched Earth in the Drone Regions).
"very inexperienced with small gang pvp roaming and would love to learn."

In the fleet
The learning paid off in 2026. In March Aidon was on two Astrahus citadels on consecutive days (one, two). Then came 25 April 2026: an Avatar titan worth about 142 billion ISK, picked as April’s kill of the month, shared with Emperor Caligula, Frost Ikkala, Motty 007, PalmarSiamang53, Tamanade and xXchochiXx. The same day brought a Revelation Navy Issue and a Phoenix, two more dreadnoughts.
The dreadnoughts kept coming. A Phoenix Navy Issue on 16 May, and a Moros Navy Issue worth about 8.5 billion ISK on 27 May, shared with AmoriA. On 20 June Aidon and Jekktarr were on an Apostle force auxiliary, and in August two Scorpion Navy Issue battleships went down on the same day (one, two). Most of these made Kills of the quarter: April to June 2026.
By the numbers
529 kills on the TNF record, on kills worth more than 315 billion ISK combined. The detailed record since November 2025 is dominated by big hulls: combat battlecruisers (120) and battleships (61) make up most of it. The Ferox is the hull Aidon meets most, 76 times, followed by the Abaddon (41), the Drake Navy Issue (18) and the Hurricane (16). Four dreadnoughts and a handful of logistics and command ships round it out. The previously published bio counted 28 ship classes on the record.
Where they shine
Aidon’s story is the patient goal setter’s story, and it features in Faces of TNF: Six Pilots Who Make the Corp Tick. Aidon also shoots screenshots for the TNF gallery.
