Moving to a new region is one thing. Making it home is another. In the weeks after Sigma Grindset arrived in Catch in summer 2025, TNF went on a building spree.

In late June, Kloria told the corp he had personally invested in industry facilities in the new home, paid for with his own ISK, so members would have somewhere to build from day one. He opened them to every TNF member and to the wider alliance. Donations were welcome. They were never required.
It is worth pausing on that. Kloria did not wait for a corp budget or a vote. He saw that a new home needed somewhere to build, paid for it, and handed out the keys.
A week later Motty 007 added a place for blueprint invention and research, with an instruction to the corp that was the whole manual: "have at it."
Not everyone waited to be asked. In early July SadisticSloth sent Kloria a thank-you contribution for all the work, with a short note: "thank you for all the help."
In July, Kloria posted the update that set the channel buzzing: corp mining was up and running, organised so there would always be something to dig. When Anhenka later asked about yields, Motty explained how it works. There is no pressure to mine and no tax. Boosts are often around, and the corp keeps things running so members have a quiet, friendly place to point a laser at a rock.
Anhenka, back after time away, was delighted with what he found: "Wow, they gave miners a lot of toys when I was gone." He went on to share tips about nearby gas sites with anyone who wanted to try them.
That is the whole philosophy in miniature. Mining in TNF is not a quota. It is a place to park a ship, chat on comms and dig in good company, with the rocks as a pleasant excuse.
The investment paid its way. By October, Kloria could tell the corp it had been a success, and the benefits went straight back into member content: corp events, fleets and a friendlier place to fly.
Cheaper ships, somewhere friendly to mine, and a corp that knows how to have fun: not a bad first month in a new region.
