Killjoy Ender

Before TNF

Killjoy Ender was born in December 2022 and spent his first days in the Center for Advanced Studies, one of New Eden’s NPC starter corps. Within ten days he had joined his first player corp, Sunspear., and in July 2023 he moved to Surreptitious Technologies, where he spent the best part of two years. In March 2025 he came to The New Federation, and he has been here ever since.

Joining TNF

He first flew with TNF in March 2025, and by the summer he was part of the move to Catch. While the corp packed up, he offered to carry things for anyone who needed it and was pleased that hardly anyone took him up on it: “I guess we are doing pretty well.” His verdict on his new corpmates: “all a bunch of movers and shakers.” (Moving House, TNF Style).

In September 2025 he was “stoked” to finally get into a big fight. He serves as a corp officer, and when Harrat returned to the CEO chair in October 2026, Killjoy Ender was first with thanks for both sides: “Welcome back to the CEO position Harrat, thanks for keeping things humming while we was out Kloria.” The same post confirmed he stays in place as officer (The Founder Returns).

In the fleet

The biggest single day on his record is 13 December 2025. He was on the Avatar titan worth about 181 billion ISK that became kill of the month, the Hel supercarrier worth about 69 billion, a Thanatos carrier, and three Rorquals (one, two, three) worth between 7.5 and 8.8 billion each.

A month later, on 13 January 2026, he shared a Keepstar worth about 255 billion ISK, the most valuable mail on his record, and a Zirnitra dreadnought the same day. A Tatara followed later that month. April 2026 brought a Sotiyo of about 253 billion ISK and a Fortizar on 16 April, both listed in Kills of the quarter: April to June 2026, and in May 2026 he was on the Phoenix Navy Issue dreadnought that took kill of the month.

On choosing ships, he is refreshingly unbothered: “i’d have to care a lot more than I do about what I fly to be good at it.”

By the numbers

3,833 kills on the TNF record, on kills worth more than 2.9 trillion ISK combined, with six solo kills among them. On the detailed record since October 2025, cruisers are the most common victim class by a distance (447), then capsules (275), battleships (229) and combat battlecruisers (197). The Abaddon is the hull he meets most often (72), with the Maelstrom (67) and Exequror Navy Issue (66) close behind, then the Ferox and Retribution. Forty-two mobile warp disruptors and 39 command ships round out the list. His previously published bio counted kills across 55 ship classes.

Where they shine

Killjoy Ender is a quiet presence in channel until a new pilot appears, and then he is first in line. “Welcome!” for Fartillery and the Icelandic arrivals, welcomes and offers of help for GuardianNomu, a hello for Adama Kanjus along with the shortest possible orientation, “just go kill as much as possible.” When Meowlicious returned in September 2026, he was on the welcome committee.

The most quoted welcome is the one to Ardagan Fatal, who joined in September 2026 actually wanting to fly logistics. Killjoy Ender’s loving warning: first you sneak one drone onto a kill. Then you fit a target painter. One day you show up to fleet with no logi ship in the hangar at all (Welcome to the Salt Mines).

He helps outside the fleet too. In June 2025 Maggy Lee brought a puzzle about why an industry product sold for less than its materials, and he worked through it with her: sellers “probably had it stocked up from when it was cheaper to make.” (Day One in Null).

And the humour is dry. On enemy salt, in one word: “delicious.” On a corpmate’s gifted SKIN: “I can haz?” On the corp’s Icelanders: “the vikings are good people. I like them. 🙂” At Fanfest time he could not travel, but he still called Motty 007 “the SWAG king” for the coasters and keyfobs, and blocked off his calendar for next year “once I know when it is.”
