Before TNF

GuardianNomu has been in New Eden since February 2007. He started in the School of Applied Knowledge, the Caldari starter school, and for most of the next twelve years his corp history circles around Deep Core Mining Inc., the NPC corporation he returned to between player corps.

The early years were full of moves: Gasta Trading, Entity Unit One and Safe Haven in 2007, 24th Imperial Crusade briefly in 2008, then Gulliver Corp, GeoCorp., Bite me inc. and Ascendancy. In January 2011 he joined ShadowRealm Development, and after spells in MAFIA, Percutio Ultima. and Insidious Design he went back there from 2013 to 2014. GeoCorp. reappears in 2014 and 2016, alongside T.I.C, Presumed Dead Enterprises, Shadow State and Space Mutts, before a stretch in CAF Industries from late 2017 to 2019.

More recently he flew with Project Omega Industries in 2022 and joined Assistant for Tax Fugitives in May 2025.

Joining TNF

GuardianNomu first flew with TNF in November 2025, arriving as a friend of miki Terona. Odysemus noted that miki was someone GuardianNomu “can’t seem to @”, and promised help with “moving, getting settled or understanding how we operate” (New arrivals: autumn 2025).

The welcomes poured in. ziggy Okaski, AmoriA and Cyphonteo were first in line (“welcome dude!”, “Welcome mate”), with AmoriA adding a friendly warning about flying with the Icelanders (Word Gets Around). Killjoy Ender and Motty 007 were quick with offers of help too. By the next day GuardianNomu was reporting “Already got to shoot some stuff 🤣”.

Not every early lesson went to plan. His own summary of his first week: “Not even a week in and I managed to get the boss killed.”

In the fleet

GuardianNomu has 75 kills on the TNF record, on kills worth more than 22 billion ISK combined, and 5 of them were solo.

On 5 December 2025 he was on two Tengu strategic cruisers, one worth about 900 million ISK and another worth about 800 million.

On the detailed record, battleships are the class he has met most, 11 of them, and all 11 are Maelstroms. Then come 8 cruisers, 6 assault frigates (all Retributions), 4 interdictors, 4 combat battlecruisers, 3 strategic cruisers and a couple of force recon ships, plus 11 capsules.

Where he shines

What stands out most is the attitude. Asked about the corp’s kill chart a week in, GuardianNomu admitted, “i always stop what im doing to help.” In April 2026, when the corp was pushing up the alliance kill chart, he chipped in ten kills from the night before and called keeping the top spot “a matter of principle.” When a corpmate needed repairs, the answer came straight away: “I can help rep it if needs be in 30min” (Faces of TNF: Kittens, Kings and Icelandic Meistarar, Faces of TNF: Recruiters, Newbros and Vikings).

He has also promised to join the Fanfest crew next year.
