Meet Fartillery

Welcomed with an Icelandic flag in October 2025, Fartillery arrived promising Nordic firepower. A year later the killboard has dreadnoughts and marauders on it to prove the point.

Before TNF

Fartillery is a young capsuleer: the character was born at the end of September 2025 in Republic Military School, the Minmatar starter school. Within a couple of weeks he had joined a first player corporation, Space Ship Gamers inc., and by the middle of October he was on his way to TNF.

Joining TNF

Fartillery first flew with TNF on 15 October 2025. Pict1on posted the welcome, Icelandic flag and all: Fartillery was arriving “proudly repping Iceland and bringing even more Nordic firepower to the TNFED crew.” The post drew 11 reactions and signed off with an Icelandic phrase that roughly means “resistance is useless,” plus the line every Icelander in the corp now quotes: “The Icelandic invasion continues, and we couldn’t be happier about it.”

MontyGTV followed up by working out that TNF now held about 3% of Iceland’s population. The whole saga is in The Icelandic Invasion Continues, and the arrival is marked again in New arrivals: autumn 2025 and TNF’s 2025: A Whirlwind Year in Review, where Odysemus summed up the year’s Nordic growth: “Then came the Icelanders! Murder became massacre.”

The firepower part turned out to be accurate.

"The Icelandic invasion continues, and we couldn't be happier about it."

Pict1on

Dreadnought hunter

Fartillery’s biggest public kills are dreadnoughts. Three weeks after joining, on 5 November 2025, he was one of five TNF pilots on a Phoenix Navy Issue worth about 11.4 billion ISK, alongside AmoriA, Jekktarr, MontyGTV and Pict1on. It made the October to December 2025 roundup.

On 28 April 2026 a second one followed: a Revelation Navy Issue, about 7.0 billion ISK, shared with MontyGTV and listed in the April to June 2026 roundup.

In between came the marauders. He was on a Vargur in November 2025 (about 1.7 billion ISK), then two more on 25 January 2026: one worth about 3.1 billion ISK, shared with Hans Ericson and listed in the January to March 2026 roundup, and another worth about 2.3 billion. Strategic cruisers show up too: a Tengu in October 2025 worth about 1.7 billion ISK, and Lokis in January and February 2026. An Ashimmu in November 2025 rounds out the list.

By the numbers

Fartillery has 223 kills on the TNF record, on kills worth more than 74 billion ISK combined. Six of them were solo. The leadership bio counts 30 ship classes across the record.

Cruisers are by far the most common victims, 61 of them, with the Vexor the single hull he has helped kill most (14) and 9 Ishtars among the heavy assault cruisers. After cruisers come 19 capsules, 18 combat battlecruisers, 14 assault frigates, 11 battleships and 10 each of interdictors, heavy assault cruisers and tactical destroyers. The hull list has 8 Bellicoses, 7 Retributions, 7 Sabres, 5 Maelstroms, 4 Ospreys and 4 Hecates, plus 5 mining barges and 4 mobile warp disruptors cleared away.
