Five thousand. That is the number Trajon Thrax had been waiting for, and on July 5, 2026 he got it: "Got my 5000th kill today. I was waiting for that milestone. Thanks for all the Content TNFED."

Note who gets thanked. Not the guns, not the luck. The corp.

Arrival

Trajon joined TNF on March 18, 2026, transferring from another corp within the alliance. Odysemus welcomed him with a nod to his "years of experience," plus a couple of in-jokes we will leave in the channel. Trajon's own first message did the rest:

I really am excited to be here. I tried to do my homework on where to move after realizing how much I love SIGMA. Can't wait to fly with you folks.

Trajon Thrax

A record day

Three weeks later he was in the thick of a record-breaking Imperium battle and its aftermath. On April 8 he reported his personal best: "I got 77 yesterday and that has to be my record for one day."

Milestones stack up

Spring turned into summer and the milestones kept coming. In June he celebrated "My first L5 trained ships."1 Then, on June 26, came the message that sums up his first season here:

100 Days in TNFED. Best 100 days I have played this game. Thank you gentlemen.

Trajon Thrax

It was one of the most-reacted messages in corp chat that month.

The replies were warm. SadisticSloth: "I joined the corp shortly after returning to the game. I feel the same, we have a great group 🙂" Pict1on: "and heres to atleast 10 times more."

When Lex Ashwari-Thrace launched monthly medals in early July, Trajon was among the first to receive one. His verdict: "Proud of this."

The big build

Trajon is not only a shooter. In June he announced a long-term goal: train into industry from almost nothing, gather the materials, and build a big ship from scratch. He made the plan public on purpose, "to motivate me to actually do it," and floated the idea of documenting the journey in a short video of milestones.

By September he had taken the first real step: "My first batch of parts is in the cooker," complete with his own reactions for the carbon fibre. He was honest about buying the rest on the market, and still proud of the work: "I will feel like I made most of this." You can read more about how TNF builders work in Inside the TNF Industry Machine.

What comes next

A personal record, a medal, a milestone with a comma in it, and a long-term build already cooking. Trajon came looking for an active corp with a real community and found both inside a hundred days.

The next number to watch is not a kill count. It is the day that ship rolls off the line.

Notes

  1. Level 5 is the top rank of a skill in EVE. Training a ship skill to it takes weeks, which is why pilots announce it. See Skill points on the EVE University wiki.↩
