The story

Meet Trajon Thrax

Trajon Thrax did his homework before choosing TNF in March 2026, then spent the next seven months proving it was the right call: fourteen hours in the biggest battle in gaming history, a 5,000th kill, and one of the first medals the corp ever handed out.

  • 1,950kills on the TNF record
  • 1.1 trillionISK of kills shared
  • 77kills in a single day, his own count
  • 8years in New Eden

Before TNF

Trajon Thrax has been in New Eden since March 2018, starting out in the Federal Navy Academy, the Gallente starter corporation. In 2020 came EVE University, the game’s best known school for new pilots, and in 2021 a first long run in a player corp with Stay Frosty.

The years after that were a tour of very different corners of the game: Chatelain Auxiliary Response in late 2022, Societas Imperialis Sceptri Coronaeque and Hetil Bairviit in 2023, then back to Stay Frosty. In 2024 Trajon flew with KarmaFleet, with a spring spell in Ascendance in between, and in 2025 moved on to Close Encounters of the EVE Kind and then Tritanium Industries and Technology. A last stop at hotdropoclock Enterprises in February 2026 came just before the move to TNF.

Joining TNF

Trajon first flew with TNF in March 2026, arriving from another corp in the alliance together with Judas Aralius. The move was deliberate, and the first message said so: “I really am excited to be here. I tried to do my homework on where to move after realizing how much I love SIGMA. Can’t wait to fly with you folks.”

Odysemus described the pair as pilots who wanted “a community that provides an active presence in the alliance while maintaining strong community bonds.” TNF gave them both almost at once.

"100 Days in TNFED. Best 100 days I have played this game. Thank you gentlemen."

Trajon Thrax

A very good hundred days

Three weeks in, Trajon was in the giant April fight, the one the Newsroom wrote up as the largest battle in gaming history. The verdict afterwards: “It was brutal, but I guess I can say I was there… 14 hours straight. I can see me now. An old bitter vet, telling my war stories. 🤣” On 8 April came a personal best in the PvP channel: “I got 77 yesterday and that has to be my record for one day. It was like shooting “kids in a barrell””

The rest of the hundred days reads like a checklist:

  • 12 June: “My first L5 trained ships.”
  • 18 June: the only TNF name on a Zirnitra worth about 11.4 billion ISK, named kill of the month in Kills of the Quarter: April to June 2026.
  • 26 June: “100 Days in TNFED. Best 100 days I have played this game. Thank you gentlemen.”
  • 29 June: to the newly promoted Director Lex Ashwari-Thrace, “OK. I now demand medals for stuff we do!!!”
  • 3 July: among the very first to receive one, inside a day of the system going live. “Proud of this. Thank you Lex and the rest of the Leadership that implemented this award system.”
  • 5 July: “Got my 5000th kill today. I was waiting for that milestone. Thanks for all the Content TNFED.”

The full story is in 5,000 Kills and a Very Good 100 Days.

In the fleet

Trajon’s time in TNF has been heavy with capital kills. On 19 April 2026 alone he was on three dreadnoughts: a Phoenix Navy Issue worth about 10.3 billion ISK, another worth about 7.5 billion, and a Moros Navy Issue worth about 7.1 billion. May brought two more Moros Navy Issues, on 21 May and 27 May, each worth more than 8 billion ISK.

The Zirnitra on 18 June had company: a Phoenix Navy Issue worth about 9 billion ISK died the same day. On 30 June he was on a Minokawa force auxiliary worth about 8.7 billion, and on 26 September on yet another Moros Navy Issue, about 8.4 billion ISK.

By the numbers

In seven months Trajon has put 1,950 kills on the TNF record, on kills worth more than 1.1 trillion ISK combined, with 12 of them solo. Since November 2025 the detailed record holds 1,813 kills, and 1,775 of those are from 2026.

Cruisers are the most common victims at 303, followed by combat battlecruisers (220), battleships (157) and assault frigates (125). There are 93 interdictors and 57 logistics cruisers on the list too, the ships that hold fleets together. By hull, the Retribution leads with 92, then the Vexor (70), Raven (52) and Prophecy Navy Issue (45). Another 237 pods round it out.

Milestones

  • First flew with TNF in March 2026
  • 100, 500 and 1,000 kills on the TNF record
  • 5,000 career kills, reached on 5 July 2026
  • One of the first TNF medals, July 2026

Where they shine

In April Trajon offered a modest self-description: “I don’t know much of the strategy or mechanics of the game. I just shoot stuff.” The Academy record of 24 correct answers suggests a little more than that, and so does what came next. Trajon had barely touched industry before summer 2026, took mining fits from Lex, and in September put a first big batch of parts into production, reactions included (Inside the TNF Industry Machine).

He is part of the welcome too. When new pilots arrived in September 2026, Trajon was among those keeping the welcome GIFs flowing, and when the corp came back from Fanfest with merch, his review was two words: “Awesome swag.”
