oli Padecain

Before TNF

The oli Padecain character dates back to November 2011, but it spent nearly all of the years since in the Center for Advanced Studies, an NPC starter corp. The first player corp on the record is 27th space corp, joined in November 2025, a few weeks before TNF.

Joining TNF

oli Padecain first flew with TNF in January 2026. Odysemus introduced oli as a newbro “fresh from High Sec,” eager and motivated, under the headline “The Icelandic Invasion continues…” Tamanade was first in with a welcome, “welcome to the mad house!”, and Pict1on checked in a few days later: “all good? you finding your way around ok?” (Faces of TNF: Recruiters, Newbros and Vikings). After a short spell back in the Center for Advanced Studies in March, oli rejoined on 18 March 2026.

That same March oli spent a week in the mentorship channel asking the questions every nullsec newcomer has, about buyback, contracts and fleets, and answered some alone. Pict1on (“1 sec lemme throw a eli5 ❤️”), Jekktarr and SadisticSloth answered the rest. Those questions became the backbone of Day One in Null: How TNF Mentors New Pilots.

In the fleet

April 2026 was the first big month. oli was in the record-breaking battle, with a ship bought specially for the fight. On 15 April oli was on a Tatara worth about 60 billion ISK and two Fortizars (one, two, the second shared with miki Terona), all three in Kills of the quarter: April to June 2026. May brought a Phoenix Navy Issue and a Moros Navy Issue dreadnought.

September 2026 was bigger still. An Apostle force auxiliary on 21 September, a Moros Navy Issue on the 26th, and then 27 September: kill of the month, an Avatar titan worth about 142.7 billion ISK, shared with Judas Aralius and Xander Ryn. The same day oli was on a Sarathiel dreadnought worth about 52.9 billion, plus a Revelation Navy Issue, a Phoenix and a Revelation (Kills of the quarter: July to September 2026). By the numbers

576 kills on the TNF record, eight of them solo, on kills worth more than 463 billion ISK combined. On the detailed record since April 2026, cruisers make up the biggest share by far (189), followed by capsules (100), combat battlecruisers (45) and interdictors (35). The Maller is the hull oli meets most, 45 times, then the Exequror Navy Issue (20), and the Flycatcher and the Vedmak at 18 each. Thirteen dreadnoughts sit on that detailed record too.

Where they shine

Still asking good questions. In September 2026: “Basically how do I finish these escalations, that’s what i’m asking.” The willingness to ask, and the corp’s willingness to answer, is the story of oli’s year.
