Applying to a new corporation can feel like paperwork. We wanted the opposite: a clear path from "this looks like my kind of corp" to "I'm in", with a friendly face at every step. Our new application process does exactly that.
Start with who we are
Everything begins on our public apply page. Before you sign in to anything, you can read about TNF, what we do and how we play, and go through our Code of Conduct and rules. No surprises later: you know what we stand for before you commit.
Your application, one step at a time
When you are ready, log in with EVE SSO, the official EVE Online login. You land on a guided application page that walks you through each step and tells you exactly what is left to do.
- Link your characters. Add the characters you play so we can welcome all of you, not just your main.
- Link Discord. This is where the corp talks, and where your recruiter will find you.
- Tell us about you. A short questionnaire about how you like to play and what you are looking for.
- Agree to the Code of Conduct. The same one you read on the apply page.
- Review and submit. Check your answers, then send them in.
Always know where you stand
Your application shows one of three simple stages: Getting started, Under review or Decision made. No guessing, no chasing anyone for an update.
You also get a private Discord thread with a recruiter. Ask questions, chat about the corp, or just say hello. Like any corp worth joining, we check that applicants are who they say they are, to keep everyone safe, and your recruiter is there to make that easy.
Life gets busy. If your application stalls, you will get a gentle, automatic reminder of what is left, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Welcome to the family
Once you are approved, accept the corp invite in game and you are in. That is where the real welcome starts:
- An onboarding buddy, an experienced member who looks out for you in your first weeks.
- A private member thread on Discord for questions you would rather not ask in the main channels.
- The member handbook, with everything you need to know in one place.
- A short checklist of first steps, so you are set up and flying with us quickly.
Trust is built the way it always is in New Eden: by flying together, helping out and showing up. The new process gets you through the door faster, and your buddy and the rest of the corp take it from there.
